We started this business after seeing how many tenants were posting on social media about how awful their landlords are. It was obvious from these posts that most of these landlords were breaking rules.
Unfortunately most tenants don’t know that in certain circumstances large rent refunds can be claimed from these rule breaking landlords.
With our experience we can guide you though the settlement process and support you through a First Tier Tribunal claim which can result in a Rent Repayment Order and your landlord needing to pay up to 12 months of rent back to you.
